Post-Graduate Course
All information on the Post-Graduate Course and Ph.D Program for applicants from foreign countries may be obtained by sending an email to the Head of Post-Graduate Course and Ph.D Program Department Pheophylaktov Yuriy G.(phy@usue.ru) or the Prorector on International Communications Maltsev Andrey A. (maa@usue.ru). To facilitate communication, in your request please include an email address and telephone or fax number (if available). The admission procedure requires a completed application, report of the exams, two letters of recommendation (preferably from academics) and an official transcript of prior education. More details are available in the admission packet. We are currently admitting students and we would like to receive applications.
